When time is of the essence…
Cindy was a 23-year-old graduate student, studying architecture abroad in Greece. She was given an unexpected, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in a paid internship program in Italy. It required her to relocate to a prominent, densely populated area in the outskirts of Rome.

Amazingly, it was at the perfect price relative to her limited budget, and her landlords were a nice and trustworthy typical Italian couple. In addition, the apartment was clean, as well as neat, plus all the appliances were included and in perfect working order—exactly what she desired—all within the allotted time.
